LCL Calls - LCL BC Voicemail Qualified Lead Rate metric gauges the percentage of call leads on a Blue Corona tracked line that went directly to voicemail and left a message that either qualified as a lead or remained uncertain in terms of lead status for options selected in the Global Filter.  This indicator provides insight into potential opportunities or ambiguities within voicemail communications.
