LCL Calls - LCL BC Answer-To-Qualified Lead Rate metric measures the effectiveness of lead generation efforts for options selected in the Global Filter.  It specifically focuses on the percentage of lead calls on Blue Corona tracked lines that were answered by an LCL agent and subsequently qualify as a qualified lead.
