Total number of calls not booked into a job.

Overview:

Unbooked Calls is the count of incoming calls into ServiceTitan where a call was answered but the job was not booked. Note: The call must be classified as a lead (duration over 60 seconds) for it to be considered an Unbooked Call. If the call lasts less than 60 seconds and it is not booked, this will be labeled as an ‘Excused Call.’

Formula:

Count of calls where the call type=Unbooked.
