Total number of calls with the call type labeled ‘Abandoned.'

Overview:

Adandoned Calls in ServiceTitan are calls when a customer service representative (CSR) answers a call but does not click the incoming call bubble. An abandoned call cannot be attached to a CSR, customer, or job.
