Overview:

Calls - Lead Not Recovered metric represents the number of lead recovery calls that reached the proactive phase and was determined to be "not qualified" in terms of recovery efforts for options selected in the Global Filter.  Examples could be mismatched industry, budget contraints, regulatory constraints, etc.
