We’re excited to share recent platform improvements:

New AI Traffic Sources
We’ve added AI sources under the Organic channel to give you more insight into where clients’ traffic is coming from.


ServiceTitan Matched Calls in Engagement Log
You can now see matched ServiceTitan calls and related jobs directly within the Engagement Log, alongside their related Engagement calls. This provides a clearer view of call performance with ServiceTitan data and client interactions in one place.


Enhanced Metric Table Filtering
You can now filter metrics by channel directly within metric tables over time, just like you can with metric cards. This gives you greater flexibility when analyzing performance data.


Faster ServiceTitan Onboarding
The ServiceTitan mapping table has been improved to process updates more efficiently, helping new clients onboard faster and reducing setup time.


Dashboard Loading Improvements
Dashboards now load your most recent session automatically—no more refreshing the page to see updated data.


Filtered Table Exports
You can now export filtered tables so your downloaded spreadsheets match what you see in the portal.


Resolved A Few Display Issues
Global Filter: We’ve resolved an issue where some data didn’t appear after certain global filter selections. All filter combinations now display data correctly across dashboards.

Notes: Notes formatting and is working as expected and shared notes remain visible when switching views.
