Total number of calls with the call type of ‘Excused.’

Overview:

Excused Calls in ServiceTitan are any incoming calls that are not related to any past, current, or future jobs. Examples of excused calls might be:

Wrong number calls
Employee calling in sick
Employment inquiry
Etc.

Any call answered within ServiceTitan that lasts less than 60 seconds will automatically be classified as an ‘Excused call.’
