% of Calls Matched to ServiceTitan from Blue Corona Tracked Lines.
Overview:
Call Match Rate is the percentage of calls to Blue Corona marketing tracked lines that match ServiceTitan calls with associated jobs for options selected in the Global Filter. This metric is an indicator of the percentage of your calls being routed through Blue Corona’s call tracking lines.
You can increase this percentage by using Blue Corona tracking for more of your calls, and if your missed call % is high, routing your overflow, after-hours, holiday, and/or your emergency calls through Blue Corona’s Lead Capture Live service.
For example, assume that 5,000 inbound calls are logged in ServiceTitan for a given month. Also assume that 2,500 of them come from Blue Corona tracked lines, and of these 2,500 calls, 2,300 calls were matched to calls in ServiceTitan, the Calls Match Rate would be 2300/5000 = 46%
