Overview:

Off-site calls are tracked calls where the caller did not call from your website, for options selected in the Global Filter. 

These calls could have come from sources like directories, numbers listed in emails, or offline sources like mailers or print ads. These are sometimes referred to as ‘static’ because the tracked numbers remain the same and do not rewrite like numbers on your site.
